Helen Baxter has been running internet workshops for over fifteen years. She has developed and delivered courses in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, is a Teaching Fellow at Victoria University, and a XMediaLab mentor.

Helen sits on the advisory boards of Creative Commons Aotearoa and Digital NZ, judges the Yahoo!NZ Digital Strategy Awards, and the annual Mix & Mash competition. She writes the MsBehaviour Files for the Big Idea, and you may have heard her reporting about the virtual world on Radio New Zealand, or the g33k show on Kiwi FM.

Helen was the founding Editor of KnowledgeBoard.com, an award-winning Knowledge Management & Innovation community run by the European Commission. KnowledgeBoard was voted the 'Best on the Web KM Portal' by the Harvard Business Review (2002), and won 'Best User Experience' in the International Information Industry Awards (2003).

She is available to book for conferences and seminars as a keynote speaker.

Helen's knowledge of not only the latest web tools but how to use them effectively is dazzling. Her ability to convey the excitement of 'work smarter, not harder' is infectious too.

Kelly Cheesman is passionate about all things digital, and brings her love of design and coding together to create usable, innovate web-applications. Kelly began her passion for new media and IT while still in high school, as a nominee for the 2004 Computer World Excellence Awards 'Excellence in the use of IT in Education in New Zealand' for the Tech Angel programme. She graduated in 2009 with first class honors in Digital Media Design at Victoria University, and is a Certified Agile Scrum Master.

Kelly's strengths lie in her ability to translate between design and development, previously working as a sole designer with a team of Rails developers. She has learned to communicate design ideas to developers in a way that translates well into code, keeping in mind best design and coding practices, usability and web standards.

Kelly is part of the Enspiral collective working on a few start-ups as lead UI designer. Her first start-up Goalpost is launching soon, and she is also currently sharing a Teaching Fellowship at Victoria University with Helen.
